Yes, all NVsisters bags are entirely handmade in our workshop in Türkiye. Each design is crafted using premium genuine leather and carefully selected materials to ensure durability, elegance, and uniqueness.

What is your return and refund policy?
You may request a return within the period stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How long does international shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. In general, international orders are delivered within 5–12 business days after dispatch. Delays caused by customs or local carriers are outside our control.

How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping is free worldwide for all NVsisters products.
However, VAT, import duties, and customs fees (if applicable in your country) are not included and must be paid by the customer.
