Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between the customer placing an order (“Customer”) and NVsisters (“Seller”) through the website nvsistersglobal.com.

By placing an order on our website, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions listed below.

1. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Customer from the Seller’s website.

2. Product Information

All product images, descriptions, sizes, materials, and prices are shown on the product pages. Since NVsisters products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or measurements may occur.

3. Payment

The Customer completes the purchase using one of the available payment methods. Prices shown on the website are final at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. NVsisters is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local carriers.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to request a return within the period stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

6. Returns

Returns must comply with the Return Policy conditions. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

7. Liability

NVsisters is not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, customs restrictions, or logistics disruptions.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the Seller’s country of registration.
