Cancellation & Refund Policy 

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every NVsisters product. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if the item has not yet entered the preparation or shipping stage.

2. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Items not returned in original packaging

4. Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

• Unused

• Undamaged

• In original packaging

• Sent with all accessories and tags

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If the product arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
